How I work
Direct access.
Clear ownership.
You work with Scott from the first conversation through planning, implementation, and follow-through. The context stays with the person responsible for the work.
Scott Kleinberg · Owner
I work where customers, staff, and technology meet.
My background spans sales, operations, customer service, marketing, project management, and software testing. I’m at my best when a problem doesn’t fit neatly into one department.
That can mean rewriting a page, tracing bad data, talking to a vendor, or testing what happens when a real customer places an order. I stay close to the details because they affect the result.
Kleinberg Consulting is based in Canton, Ohio, working with businesses across Northeast Ohio and remotely beyond it.
From the first conversation
A clear plan.
Then the work.
Practical recommendations, an agreed scope, and someone who follows through.
Understand
Look at what happens now, what should happen instead, and who is affected.
Agree
Set priorities, define the work, and agree how it will be billed before implementation starts.
Build or fix
Keep what works, change what doesn’t, and coordinate any specialists or vendors involved.
Check & hand over
Test the real process, make sure your team can use it, and agree what support is needed next.
Before we start
A few things
worth knowing.
Why this model instead of a larger agency?
A larger team can make sense for a major campaign or a high volume of production. Kleinberg Consulting is for businesses that need direct access to someone who can connect the decisions across the work. Specialists can contribute without you having to manage every handoff.
Can we start with one thing?
Yes. A website refresh, an ordering issue, or a broken software connection can be a project on its own. If something else needs attention, I’ll explain why so you can decide what comes next.
Can you work with the tools and people we already have?
Yes. I start by understanding what is in place. That includes your existing software, staff, and providers. Replacing something has to solve a real problem, not just suit my preferences.
What happens after launch?
Handoff, training, and support are part of the planning conversation. Ongoing help can be arranged when you need it, with the scope and billing agreed. Nothing is left to an assumption about who handles it next.
